Actionable Intelligence for Social Policy (AISP)
Summary
Actionable Intelligence for Social Policy (AISP) is the coordinating organization behind the ADRF Network and houses the director of the ADRF Network. The goal of the Network is to provide its network sites opportunities to connect, share ideas, and collaborate on improving how administrative data are shared and used for social science research. In its first year, the ADRF Network is accomplishing that goal by organizing research conferences, working groups, and other programs. The ADRF Network also sends monthly newsletters to engage with the larger community interested in this field.
AISP
The ADRF Network is one initiative of AISP. Housed at the University of Pennsylvania, AISP works with state and local governments to develop Integrated Data Systems (IDS) that link administrative data across government agencies. IDS give governments and their partners the ability to better understand the needs of individuals and communities and improve programs and practices through evidence-based collaboration.
